Aubergine Café has proudly been serving Irving Farm Coffee since we brewed our first cup in January 2003, we in fact had picked Irving Farm as our coffee roasters before we even found a home for the café! We can truly call Steve, David and all their staff our friends, sharing their philosophy of providing sustainably sourced coffee from around the world and a fair wage for all the growers.The beans are roasted in the Hudson Valley, to order and delivered weekly giving our customers the finest quality, freshest coffee which makes us very happy baristas!
